About these terms

These terms govern your use of the GM Dental referral app, provided by G Mehta Ltd, trading as GM Dental and Implant Centre, company number 09407124, 5 London Road, Rochester, ME2 3JA (registered office: 24 Landgate, Rye, TN31 7LJ). You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom to have an account.

Referral Scheme rules

1. You must be 18 or over and a UK resident to take part.
2. Share your code only with people who are happy to hear from you. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or post your code where it could be mistaken for an offer from GM Dental itself.
3. You earn commission only when the friend you referred starts treatment and the practice confirms it.
4. The commission amount is set per referral by the practice.
5. Commission is collected in person at a practice once your balance reaches the payout threshold. The practice may ask you to prove your identity.
6. If your balance is below the payout threshold when you delete your account, that balance is forfeited. The app shows you the exact amount and you must confirm before deleting. If your balance is at or above the threshold, or you have an open payout request, collect it first.
7. Deleting your account also means you forfeit commission on referrals that have not yet been credited.
8. If the friend you referred deletes their account before the referral is credited, that referral ends and earns no commission.
9. Rewards never influence clinical advice or treatment recommendations. Dentists and clinical staff follow General Dental Council (GDC) standards and recommend treatment solely on clinical need.
10. Fraud, including referring yourself or creating accounts to claim commission, leads to forfeiture of the commission involved and may lead to closure of your account.
11. We may change the scheme, including amounts and the payout threshold, by giving notice in the app. Changes do not affect commission already credited.

Using the app

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and give us accurate information. Do not misuse the app or attempt to interfere with it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time in the app, subject to the rules above.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The app is provided as is, and we are not responsible for interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date and version at the top will change, and for material changes we will ask you to accept them in the app. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
